I wanted it to be a speedpainting dammit!
Those are members of the 4 minion tribes in the Overlord games (developed by Triumph Studios and published by Codemasters):
Red(ranged fireball attackers),
Green (stealthy backstabbing assassins) and
Blue (healers, though they are more of resurrecters-but only if the victim's soul hasn't departed yet; the only minions that can swim; in the 2 game they also become incorporeal while they move. A notable blue minion is one named Mortis-he is dressed like the grim Reaper and is found next to a river in the Netherworld from which he can pull out the souls of long dead minions and bring them back to life).
or the fourth overlord that has the netherworld and tremendous magic power asorbed from florian greenheart, and of course the rest of the minions
and a prove of strength is given to test the stronger will win who will achieve true evil.
but a observing eye,an old eye is watching the battle of this 2 overlords and tries to put them against each other in every way to take the throne for himself...
I LOVE BROWNS
Browns, especially in the first game, are the most useful, brutal force aside. I only took 5 of each other colour when I had a 50 minion limit. In the second game they made better use of the others. But browns have most character, because they can have custom hats.
In the first game they still got to wear their trophies but they were dead for good. By the second half of the game I started telling them to wait for me while I go scout up ahead and kill enemies just so that nobody gets hurt. Which is funny considering you're supposed to use the little guys to fight for you among everything else, I didn't want them getting into trouble so I risked my life for them instead vice versa
no spoilers or anything, but is there something I should know about the first game if I where to understand what's going on in the second?
